Labyrinth of Legends (LOL) has a damage cap of 50K. So each hit cannot do more than 50K damage. However, She-Hulk just bypassed that cap and did over 68K damage. That damage is actually caused by Sting Debuff that triggers right after Star-Lord used Special Attack. So it was usual damage by hit that may have made it to ignore damage cap. The damage from sting seems little at the start, but it keeps increasing and increasing.

Do you need synergy?

Yes, you need to include Mister Fantastic in the Team to apply that Power Sting.
