If you mean Iceman to be available as featured character in 5-star Crystal openning, then he is already there in the new featured hero. The new featured Crystal include many champs along with Iceman. Check this page: https://www.mcoc-guide.com/5-star-featured-hero-crystal/

the predicted cutoff for Ægon was 3.4 mil. Grinding target was 3.6 mil. I’ve heard that the lowest score was 3.345 mil in 1st round.
