Protect the Grass at Any Cost

Get Off My Lawn is a fast action game about a Blue Mollet who takes great pride in his perfect lawn. Unfortunately, other strange Mollets keep walking onto the grass and damaging it. Your solution is not a fence or a polite warning. You climb behind a powerful lawnmower and chase every trespasser away.

The action takes place from a top-down view. You move the lawnmower with the mouse and drive directly into enemies. Every creature that reaches the grass can cause damage, so you need to stop them before too many make it through.

Deal With Different Trouble Makers

The enemies do not all behave the same way. Some move quickly while others take more effort to stop. Certain Mollets have protection or unusual abilities that make them harder to run over.

This keeps you moving around the entire lawn. Focusing on one enemy for too long can allow another one to slip past.

A power meter also builds during the action. Holding the mouse button activates a spinning Cyclone attack. The lawnmower whirls around and can catch several nearby enemies at once. This attack becomes especially useful when the screen starts filling with Mollets.

Earn Cash From Each Round

Defeating enemies gives you money. You can spend the cash between levels at the Hardware Store.

Upgrades improve the lawnmower and give you better ways to protect the grass. Defensive items can also help when later waves become harder to control.

Taking down several enemies close together can increase the amount of money you earn. That gives you a reason to plan attacks rather than chasing every Mollet separately.

Try More Difficult Modes

Get Off My Lawn includes more than the basic Normal mode. Expert and Time Attack modes offer tougher challenges and can reward successful players with more cash.

The game also keeps track of trophies, high scores, progress, and career totals.

The controls stay simple throughout the game. You move with the mouse, click or hold the button for the special attack, and use the Space bar or P key to pause.
