Wentworth

A Space Cat Causes a Big Problem
Wentworth is a point-and-click adventure about a cat from space. Wentworth travels to a planet on what starts as a simple mission. Things go wrong when he accidentally wakes a huge forest Golem. The creature threatens the forest, and Wentworth needs help from the fairy world to defeat it and restore order.
The game does not use running or jumping controls. You explore with the mouse. Move the pointer around each scene and look for places that react. Interactive areas show a white highlight when the mouse passes over them. Clicking these spots lets Wentworth examine objects, move to another place, or continue a puzzle.
Collect Items and Work Out Where They Belong
Useful objects go into an item area in the upper-left part of the screen. Click an item there to select it. Then click a highlighted place in the scene to try using the item on that location.
Finding an object does not always tell you what to do with it. Look at nearby characters and unusual parts of the environment. A strange object may become useful several scenes later.
The game rewards exploring every part of a picture. Move the mouse across trees, paths, buildings, and other objects. A small white highlight can reveal something that is easy to miss.
Solve the Forest Mystery
Wentworth mixes its story with a series of connected puzzles. One solved problem can give you an item needed somewhere else. This means remembering earlier locations can help when you discover something new.
Progress saves automatically, so the adventure keeps track of where you reach.
The story gives every puzzle a clear purpose. Wentworth needs to fix the trouble he caused and find a way to deal with the forest Golem.
Wentworth works best when you explore rather than click everywhere without a plan. Check each highlighted spot, collect useful items, think about where they might fit, and return to earlier scenes when a new object gives you another idea.
